Best vehicle buying experience to date. Cars, bikes, boats, included. Started with Joe then dealt mostly with Johnny. Both great guys. No pressure, honest staff. Bought a 2019 Ultra Limited Low practically mint with a down payment and several months to pay in full. Essentially, free storage until the riding season. Small hiccup, the seat developed a separation in the seam that was growing. Texted Johnny, the solution.. come by the shop and look at our seats and pick the one you want. No questions asked. What more could you ask for?

At first I was hesitant due to being several states away and had never heard of Joe’s Bikes.But being very interested in the 2021 roadglide cvo they had listed i reached out. From first contact to delivery of bike Johnny did everything in his power to make me conformable with ever step in process. John was fantastic through the whole process. Great at communication and readily available even though we were on opposite sides of the country. I was hesitant to purchase a bike online from out of state. But I was made very aware of the whole process. Upfront information, no hassle, Very professional. Helped coordinate a faster shipping to fulfill a surprise for my spouse. Bike delivered as promised, even a day or 2 earlier than thought, delivery was professional, efficient, well organized and obvious extra care was taken in securing and protection in transport! Next bike Im in the market for, I’ll definitely be coming back to see what they have available.

I bought a Triumph Rocket 3 from Joe’s Bikes a few weeks ago. The entire transaction was easy and quick! Joe was very responsive and I had the bike shipped and in my driveway within 2 weeks. The bike has been amazing and I’ve made several trips on it already. I was initially hesitant to do a completely online transaction but Joe is very honest and upfront. dealing with this company was quick and painless. there was an issue with the front tire they installed as it was a 150 instead of the 130 that should have been there. i had to spend $350 to replace it as i did not feel safe.other than that it was a good deal. it would have been nice if they offered to buy the shinko tire back from me. im to easy going to ask

Well well well. A late night fall in love with a bike does not usually sounds great. But.
A saw a 07 Road King from Joe’s Bikes in NH and it spoke to me. The price was what I wanted to pay. I reached out and my texted was immediately replied from Joe. He walked through me the process. I started to think Scam. Over the next few days I continued to communicate with Joe and he remained professional and patient. Then funds day. Nerve racking yet smooth. Then when will bike be delivered. Well even better. Joe texted when bike was being loaded. Driver then called. Driver said he see me at 9 to 10am. 9am phone rings he’s here. Extremely professional and kind. Very precise.
So this entire experience was flawless.
