FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: How do you sell your bikes at such reasonable prices?

Answer:  I have very little overhead. I deal in clean bikes that are in great working order so I don't need to make the huge margins the big dealers make.

Question:  Do you have any dealer fees?

Answer:  Absolutely not!  The price you see is the price you pay, unless you are a New Hampshire resident.  New Hampshire requires its dealers to process the title for the buyer which is a $25 state fee.  I collect that from you and send it to the state for your new title.  This is not a dealer fee, it's a fee the State of NH charges for your new title.  I do not charge any other fees, they are out the door prices!

Question:  Do you offer financing?

Answer:  I do not offer in-house financing.  But, I can work with your bank or credit union.  I also have a couple of credit unions I can recommend to make the process easy for you.

Question:  What forms of payment do you take?

Answer:  I can take cash, cashier's check, and money orders.  I also take Venmo, Cash App and Paypal.  For a deposit a personal check is acceptable.  For final payment a check would need to be bank verified to be accepted.  Also, in some situations I will take credit cards.

Question:  Can I use my trade-in as a down payment on a bike?

Answer:  Yes!  Many people do exactly that.

Question:  Do you take anything else in trade besides motorcycles?

Answer:  Yes, I will be willing to talk to you about almost anything you have to trade.  Some popular trades besides motorcycles are snowmobiles, jet skis, trailers, boats, ATV's, UTV's, etc.  Don't hesitate to ask, I've taken everything from a generator to kayaks to a lawn mower!

Question:  Will you buy my bike outright, even if I don't want to trade for another bike?

Answer:  Yes!  I buy bikes all season long.  I will even come to you to pick it up!  Call, text or email for a price on your bike.

Question:  Do you offer warranty on your bikes?

Answer:  Since I am not a full service shop and I sell for less I do not offer a written warranty.  But, I have been in business for over 27 years and have a very good reputation.  I try to make sure every bike that goes out the door is ready for the road before it's sold so there are no issues.

Question:  Are there storage fees involved in the Layaway program?  When does layaway start?

Answer:  Absolutely Not There are no fees for the Layaway program as long as you pay in full by May 1st.  Layaway is usually offered mid to late September.

Question:  What are your hours?

Answer:  Since I am a small dealer, I show bikes by appointment only.  Please call or text to set up a time.  I can usually work around your schedule day, night or weekend!
